I very much enjoy Amputechture, quite a bit more than Francis the Mute. I think they will have a hard time ever topping De-Loused.

Yeah, De-Loused is definitely my favorite by far, but Ampu was too rambly and self-indulgent. Francis kind of felt that way to me, too, but to a lesser, more coherent extent. But yeah, The Mars Volta. Amazing.
